Totally the dreaded one. An hour of displacement activity before I got out of the front door. I had trouble with the straight 20min run in week 5 so thought I'd be finishing by walking, but Laura was so encouraging. I DID IT !!! Took my blood pressure ½ hour after run and it's now normal. It must be my heart that's keeping me going, getting stronger every week. Today of all the 18 days of running I feel I'm possibly a runner after all. I've sat down to post this. Sadly, arthritis pain in joints, although I don't feel great pain when I run, comes back at me with a vengeance when I sit for any length of time. I will potter today. Rest tomorrow. Good luck all, every step of the way!

Well done! I am celebrating too today, my first 25 minute run this morning. The best feeling, when Laura says: "Congratulations, you are a runner!"
