Well that was super tough I could barely walk at the end of the second 8 mins but I did it ππso feeling very pleased with myself. Canβt quite believe I did make it so god help me on Friday. !!
If only I didnβt have the extra weight Iβm sure it would be easier but that doesnβt seem to budge no matter how little I eat !
Feel very pleased but realise my snail trail is very slow still. Iβm only averaging 10.33 a km still probably most people walk faster π€£π€£but Iβm still on track I will not. give up.

Well done π I know you want to lose weight, but you need food to fuel your runs. If hadnβt eaten enough you will start to struggle with your runs.
Just change a few things in your diet. It took longer than 9 weeks to put the weight on, so it will take a bit of time too come slowly and stay off which is what you want.
Well done Delgirl, that run is a tough one, but you did it and the next one you complete will feel great.
As for the weight, it will shift, but don't deprive yourself of fuel or your running will suffer. The key is slow and steady for both your running and weight loss. Enjoy and keep going π
