Well that was super tough I could barely walk at the end of the second 8 mins but I did it πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰so feeling very pleased with myself. Can’t quite believe I did make it so god help me on Friday. !!

If only I didn’t have the extra weight I’m sure it would be easier but that doesn’t seem to budge no matter how little I eat !

Feel very pleased but realise my snail trail is very slow still. I’m only averaging 10.33 a km still probably most people walk faster 🀣🀣but I’m still on track I will not. give up.

Bravo!! You are going to amaze yourself big time with the next one. It was my favourite (on completion!).

This programme is unbelievable. Making us all realise unsuspected potential every single week. Happy running Del! You're amazing!

Well done πŸ‘ I know you want to lose weight, but you need food to fuel your runs. If hadn’t eaten enough you will start to struggle with your runs.

Just change a few things in your diet. It took longer than 9 weeks to put the weight on, so it will take a bit of time too come slowly and stay off which is what you want.

You are looking go. Your amazing πŸ˜‰

Well done Delgirl, that run is a tough one, but you did it and the next one you complete will feel great.

As for the weight, it will shift, but don't deprive yourself of fuel or your running will suffer. The key is slow and steady for both your running and weight loss. Enjoy and keep going πŸ‘
