Okay a day late. Have to admit to a hangover yesterday 😳 first drink since lockdown and it was so nice we got a bit carried away.
The run, I was dreading it still felt a bit blah and didn’t eat well yesterday so fully expected a fail.
I’ll just see if I can do it anyway though.
Oh yes I can! I did it!! 20 very slow minutes of running. So pleased I didn’t listen to my demons feeling shattered and off to enjoy a nice relaxing cool bath.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊
Thank you, I’m looking forward to an interval run now. Might try and pick up a teeny bit of pace as there is recovery in there but will see how I feel on the day 😍
