WK6R2 Done....Although the Pollen count last night was High, and this morning was Moderate. when I got up a slight dry mouth, I thought oh no not again, as a Asthmatic person I thought ok perhaps I'm just thirsty, as I'm not inhaler dependent, take it now and again.....but wow that was a mistake.
So anyway stated my routine as normal, then the Hayfever started its thing and after the PA it was joe this morning said," come on you've done this far so it shouldn't be difficult.....my brain went ding ding Challenge on.
And my determination kick in and boi oh boi it works, the first stint I just went at normal pace but said to myself ok I can do this, the second stint started and Joe says "you've already done this time today,if you want go a bit faster or slow, whatever your body feels, so I did a quicker burst and yes Determination wins hands down, and to boot beat my PB split time, but that's just statistics, for me I learnt a valuable lesson. Follow your gut feeling and do the right thing.
So take it easy out there guys has the Pollen is High/Moderate.😊💯🏃♂️
