Having had a ‘practice’ run (I didn’t make it so that’s what I’m calling it!) on Sunday, I set off this morning determined to do it this time & I did!
I concentrated on slowing down & am sure I was going backwards at one point! My breathing was good though & I didn’t feel like I was puffing so much at the start of the walking intervals.
Today was more the mental side for me, yes my legs were fighting by the end but I knew I could keep them moving if my mind allowed.
