Wk1 run1 ...again

So after a disastrous start I tried again today got further then last time before my back gave in but still not great I think it may take me longer then 9 weeks but am not giving up I will do this...even if it kills me and I end up being carted away in the wheelie bin !

Well done 👍 for getting out there. Take it nice slow. You may need to Japanese slow run less strain on your back.

Well done for trying.

Can you walk briskly for thirty minutes non stop?

If you can, then C25k should be within your scope.

If not, then maybe you need to build up your walking stamina first.

I was able to untill I w as s shielded now I'm having to get back my stamina and strength. I was walking the dog twice a day as well as walking to work and into town .

Get that 30 minutes of brisk walking under your belt.
