Done! I couldn't say it was particularly gazelle like. Still lots of lumbering on my part but I'll keep plodding on and ignore the gazelles lapping me. 😁

You did it. And I’m sure you looked like a gazelle to all the other runners too 😊 it’s all in the head 😉 onwards and upwards to week 8. You must be chuffed

Gazelles are overrated, and lumbering or not you are onto week 8 next! ⭐️

Yayyyy go you! I saw a beautiful gazelle like runner run past my window when I was still in my pj’s and almost didn’t go for my week 7 run1 but that wouldn’t do would it! So I lumbered through 25 minutes! Keep on going and never mind the gazelles!

Those Gazelles all started at some point that wasn’t gazelle-ish at all 🤗

A year ago today could you do what you are doing today ?

Do you think that in a years time you will be running in the same way you are now ?
