Week 6 Run 2 Could i be any slower!!

Dreading 25 minutes on Tuesday 😬. I managed this morning but the 10 minutes twice was tough, I was halfway round the second time and realised I am so slow i must actually look like the bionic woman so just made bionic sounds as i went! And why does my nose run so much?

Big yay to everyone else doing this, we are fabulous.

You are not bionic woman making bionic sounds, don't worry about run 3 of week 6, you ran run 3 of week 5 OK, only 5 minutes more, once you have ran it you will be officially a runner, good luck, take it slowly πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ‘

I found that run 2 horrific.. hated it and was dreading run 3 but done it today and found it ok and comfortable. I’m like a snail but stamina is what it’s about for now .. good luck for your next run you’ll enjoy it πŸ‘

You will be fine but I found I had to dig deep towards the end of it. I am about to start Week 8 tomorrow and that final run of Week 6 marks a significant transition in your running journey. It certainly gave me greater confidence to tackle Week 7. Good luck and keep going!

Well done, but why dread the next run?

By now you should have adjusted your mental approach.

This may help healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Believe in yourself and trust the plan, relax and enjoy it, don't make a battle out of it.

Hi, Thank you this has helped and made me look at what’s going on in my head. I shall try to reframe into the positive as at least I am doing something. Thank you.

Don't you worry; you managed the final run of week 5 which I deem to be the much bigger mental challenge so you surely will be fine! I'll complete week 7 tonight and since that first 20-minute run at the end of week 5 I really trust the plan and can actually see myself running for 30 minutes in two weeks' time. If I can do it so can you! πŸ˜ƒ
