First run since graduation 😊

For the first run since graduation we chose to go and follow the Parkrun route. So pleased to have ran the full 5k in 38 minutes - without Jo - never thought I would get to this point.

I still find it tough going after 20 minutes so hopefully with practice this will become easier. I am going to aim to do 2 30 minute runs in the week and then the Parkrun route on a Saturday morning. 🏃‍♀️😀
