I’ve just finished week 6 and am looking to the future. I’m a slow runner and will probably complete my 5km in around 45 minutes. Has anyone used this app to help improve pace? Or have any other apps you’ve used? Thanks in advance

If you are in the middle of c25k looking at apps that claim to speed you up is not going to be helpful.
The easy conversational pace recommended for C25k is the one that builds your stamina and aerobic base which you need to get faster at a later date.........you are not there yet, nor are you running 5k, so an app designed for speeding up your 5k runs is not appropriate.
Stick to the plan and continue to build your runner's body, graduate, consolidate, build up to 5k and then that app may be helpful.
Speed will come as you get miles on your legs.
Thanks for the advice. Just to clarify- I fully intend to finish the c25k programme before beginning anything else- I’m after advice about what might be a next step for me to do. It’s not something I’m going to start in the next month or so, but i was just interested in what was already out there. 😃
