Well if you had asked me four weeks ago to go for a run I would have laughed at you. But now I’m really enjoying it! Not sure how I’ll feel once the run intervals become longer but I’m determined to get to the end! Hoping I’ll be able to do the 20 minute run by the tim I hit the big 5 0 in August.
