Pretty much what we all thought!! 🤣🤣🤣 but we all managed it. The trick is to THINK you can do it. It’s brain training from now on.

I completed W5 R3 today and it was not as difficult as I had built it up to be. I agree going from 8 minutes a couple of days ago to 20 today seemed bizarre, so much so that I re-checked that I hadn't skipped a few weeks on the app. I am a complete newbie to running and managed it. The runs from the previous weeks really do prepare you and build up your stamina for this. Positive thoughts, a good soundtrack and pacing yourself from the start all help. Good luck, you will feel amazing when you complete it!

Yeah, everyone gets apprehensive about that run. It does seem implausible that it should be manageable, given the incremental increases during the previous weeks.

It’s amazing though, it works. Whoever made the c25k plan knew what they were doing. The first four and a half weeks have totally prepared you for this.

You’ve done really well to get this far, good luck on the next run but you need it less than you might think.

Just find your pace and you will settle into it, youve already done some preparation, you will surprise yourself I'm sure😎

Hi I think everyone is but you will be surprised what you can do. I repeated the last two runs of that week to check it wasn’t a fluke! Go for it and be proud of yourself.

Week 5 run 3 is my favourite run so far. I couldn't believe what I had just done. Best feeling ever.

Hoping Monday will be my next favourite run: Week 6 Run 3, 25 minutes 😵
