25 min run today. Hurray! Upped my water intake as advised. Legs felt better but it was still hard-going and I think I may need to repeat before going to week 8. I thought I was about halfway when Laura cheerfully pointed out I had run for a whole 5mins!

Well done 25 mins is a lot 👍 I’d say keep going and don’t repeat but do what you feel is best for you as there is no rush for anything 🤗 You’ll get there 🌷

I've just done week 7 run 3 and like yourself hydration is becoming key. I'm trying to drink 2 litres a day , everyday even when not running this helped with week 7 run 3 today.

Well done us for getting this far
