Put off W9R3 yesterday due to the heat and the forecast of it being cooler today. As promised it was so off I set. I started 10 weeks ago and W1R1 was certainly an eye opening effort and looking forward the prospect of running a full 30 minutes seemed to be rather far fetched and yet here I am today having done just that for the third time this week. Iβve lurked in the forum reading and making a few posts here and there and have found it helpful and motivational. I would call myself middle aged, unfit, overweight and certainly not a natural runner and like many others here who claim similar we have completely C25K and so can anyone who has the inclination and will power to give it a go.
