On the 3rd March I decided to give the couch to 5k a go. As an overweight 48 year old I couldn’t run for a minute without stopping. Fast forward 3 months and today I’ve not only completed the couch to 5k but ran my first 10k today running for well over an hour without stopping.

Wow, is an hour even possible? Goodness. Unimaginable, but I'm looking forward to 5 minutes. Well done you!
