Completed weeks 1 & 2. Knees really saw after last run and went out to start week 3 but stopped almost immediately due to the pain in both knees. Any suggestions?

I think what you have is ” Runners's knee” there is a very video on YouTube about this subject. Have a look at the youtube channel ” The Run Experience” date 16/02/2018.

This channel has lots of videos on training and exercises for runners beginners and experienced runners.

Ibuprofen. It goes in a week or so. Very common.
