Running buddy seems to be dropping away!

Started week 6. Runs are fine, but they are less comforting than before. At the start of the course I'd be reassuringly patting my stomach with every stride. Now that's occurring less. Should I take a Teddy bear or blanket with me for reassurance or eat more bacon sandwiches?

yes, it's funny, there was a great buzz of achievement up to around week 4 run 2. I started week 6 this morning and I found it a bit hard going, hope it gets better

I think as long as you remember "I've done 20 mins continuously", you can grin and bear it. I'm using my own playlist of upbeat songs which I mouthe along too, which breaks everything into 3-4 minutes chunks.
