Good morning, up early and the hardest run so far to motivate myself to get out and do it, it would have been so easy to snooze the alarm. But I got up and did it. That was hard, after the euphoria of run 3 week 5. The 8 minute section seemed to go on forever. It's done and I feel pleased to still be going and I will get to week 9!!! Onwards....

I have repeated the last 2 runs of week 5 and starting week 6 on Friday. Well done you for just getting on with it. I shall shamble along in your wake.

Well done you! It’s those head gremlins that keep trying to get in the way, but you sound like a very determined person and you will get to the end of week 9!

It was all good for the 1st ten minute run, could’ve gone on and done more. But after the walk and onto next ten, oh my, that was hard, really hard for me. But got through it. 25 minutes of running on Friday 🥴
