Week 3 looks hard?

I’ve just completed Week 2 but I was always very glad to stop running after 90 seconds. I find the very thought of running for 3 minutes really daunting and impossible - any tips?

Go slow, count your steps, listen to music, smile and enjoy

Try to relax and enjoy it. Try to slow down and don't think about the time. I listen to music which has a good beat and that I enjoy which helps. Xx you can do it x

I was so nervous over my first run of week 3 but I found it actually flew by. Take each run as it comes nice and slow and there is still enough walking in this week to recover before running again. Not sure if you noticed but the actual running time itself without the warm up and cool down is shorter this week so knowing that might help push you on. Good luck
