Felt very tired and fell asleep on sofa but managed to summon up the energy to go this evening- so glad I did as really really enjoyed it and absolutely buzzing now 😆

That is a double achievement - you did it and you did it when you really didn’t want to do it! Well done. Good progress.

I feel this! It’s never as bad as you think it’s going to be when you’re trying to force yourself to go😂

That sounds very familiar... I've sometimes spent the day in running gear and never made it out the door. 🤣🤣🤣 Well done for getting out there!
