Back at work and did my benchmark run :-)

I'm back at work this week and as some of you know I spend the week away from home in Hamilton. Before the lockdown I did a Tuesday morning benchmark run where I run for 30 minutes on the same route and check my progress. Well for nearly 8 weeks I've been in Auckland and running a totally different route so this morning I got to do my old benchmark route and I have improved significantly, I covered a fair bit more distance in the 30 minutes and my pace has improved with a few Strava PB's so all in all a good result. It felt good to be out early on a familiar route :-)

Happy Running every one

Tim
