Did this last night. I find the first run part so hard and then it eases off slightly - is this common, I’m worried though that the longer the runs get I’ll give up as first part is so hard? Running outside is harder than a treadmill in my opinion 🙄🤣

Well done.

I find the first part the hardest too and in the beginning couldn't imagine doing 3 mins straight after warm up let alone 5 then 8 lol but I have and am on Wk 6 Run 2 next, it's amazing what your body can do when you put your mind to it. Just believe in the programme and do your best. I start super slow and steady every run until I get into a steady pace. I'm sure you'll do great, good luck 😊
