I finished week9 on Friday but my final run was really hard going & I felt totally deflated instead of elated at graduating.

I’ve been in a funk about it all weekend. So this morning I’m going out for a 30 minute run & hoping it’s better than Friday.

I did c25k 5 years ago. I don’t remember it being this hard. Mind you, I am 2 stone heavier now.

Some days are just hard. Don’t beat yourself up. You’ve done a brilliant job. Now you just run for running sake. I did listen to the last coaching day for a while until I had the confidence to go it alone. Enjoy your running.

You are doing just fine and these are strange times. Take some shake up runs now...short, sweet...longer relaxed runs and a few 30 minutes. Changing a route could be good, although maybe not possible currently.

Hope you have a great run today. You were probably just unlucky having an 'off' run on that graduation run. Congratulations and well done and keep in this community for all the support and great advice given. Keep on running .......🏃⭐😀
