So after months of no running after graduating last year... I dusted off my trainers, dragged my kids along and started week 1 again, by week 2 the kids have given up my 6.30am starts.
It’s so lovely to be running ( shuffling!) again, fresher than fresh lockdown air, lots of sunshine, don’t think my body remembers doing it all last year but here we go again. Jo Wiley is my friend again...🤸♂️🧘♀️🧗♀️⛹️♀️🪂

Well done you. I have graduated twice, and then stopped twice. On the road again now and back (slowly) to Week 7. As you’ve completed it already you’ll know that the physical is only half the training, the mental attitude training is equally important. Remember, you can do it. You’ve already done it and you’ll do it again.
