Fair weather runner?

Up with the larks ready to start Week8 this morning - but after a quick trip outside to water the pots, I find it’s very cold and very windy. I am not feeling this at all- am I turning into a fair weather runner?😱 I’m an outdoor girl and pride myself on there’s no such thing as bad weather etc. Is it OK to take an extra rest day and do it tomorrow when it’s better ( I’ve got a long dog walk to do later anyway) or should I have a word with myself and tell myself to grow a pair and get on with it? Can’t fit it in later as busy day ahead. Any other early birds out there to give me sage words?

Thank you that pep talk, you spurred me on to get out there! I’ve just got back. I live right near the beach where it was a bit wild so I took an inland route instead, which was a bit calmer! Thank you for not letting me talk myself out of it!
