Well....it could be anything... are you warming up and stretching...after the runs... not just leg exercises... It could be you are holding yourself tensely... it can happen to anyone of us at all stages, even in the later stages of the programme and in longer runs...
I was out for an hour over yesterday and reminded myself midway, ( with Laura's help) to shake out the shoulders and arms..
It's something that has happened to me most of my adult life ,
I am at a total loss to why I should be hurting as I ran Friday and pain started Sunday ? I normally blamed work but I have been on holiday since last Tuesday
I have been doing stretched that Physiotherapy department gave me a while ago neck pain has about gone its just in my right shoulder blade now ,
I always do the 8 head to toe, biggest loser exercises before doing any exercise.π€Only takes 5 minsπ€ 3 For neck, 2 shoulders, 1 hips , 1 legs and 1 for heart pumping.πππ
Keeps me right.π
Of course you may have been tense and slept on it incorrectly.π€
Shoulders down no tension anywhereπ€ππππββοΈ
Nothing wrong with avoiding bad weather.πππ
