I’m new here....Started at beginning of lockdown and proud to be at Week 7 Run 3 today. I changed my route for first time today but found I couldn’t run the last 3 minutes. Was disappointed in myself as had managed last 2 runs fairly well.
Should I repeat week 7 or move onto week 8. I’m planning on trying the new route again tomorrow to check my progress.

Don’t be disappointed, you’ve managed 7 weeks, don’t let 3mins take the shine off of that. As for what to do next, I would say whatever you’re comfortable with 🙂
Well done first of all, I would say do what feels best for you. Will it help you in yourself to do it again and complete it? Or move on and Use the new route for week 8 xx you have got this
