Just done W7R1. Was waiting all afternoon hoping the wind would die down but no such luck! I have often been doing evening runs anyway, it's cooler and easier to keep to the social distance.
I am starting to get used to jogging (more like plodding in my case), I'm not sure that I enjoy it exactly, but I do miss it on the rest days! I just can't believe that I have got this far, thanks for all the tips on the site.

Well done! I'm about to head out on wk7r2 after spending last night listening to the wind battering the house. I figure that if I'm going to continue running after the programme (&that's my intention) I'll be running in all weathers through autumn & winter.
