So I’ve just finished the final run of W6! Feels pretty good to have run 25 minutes without stopping, when 6 weeks ago I struggled with 1 minute.
I managed 3.61km in 25 mins (with a 3 minute sprint at the end), so it’s looking very unlikely I’ll manage 5km in just 5 minutes more, but it’s all progress and I know I’m so much fitter than I was back when I started this.
I finally believe that I will be able to run for 30 minutes at the end of this programme now. In reality I feel I probably could have gone further today, but I trust the programme so I won’t be skipping ahead. When I first started, I never thought I’d make it this far, so it’s a good feeling 😁
