We haven’t ran for a couple of days due to a pain on the out side of my left knee
So gutted as I was really enjoying the program.
It’s doesn’t hurt to walk. Going to try again today fingers crossed

Hope your run today is successful. I found that new running trainers and trying to follow some advice I found online of landing toe heel rather than heel toe both helped to ease the knee pain. ☺️
That’s IT band syndrome if it’s there. Avoid down hill. Strengthen quads and glutes. Google stretches for ITB syndrome. You might need decent shoes fitting. I’ve found Hoka to have really helped knee issues due to the low drop.
Strengthening exercises and stretching after every run as well as following the advice in the guide to the plan on minimising impact will all help.
For sure IT issue. Get a roller and roll those. I work on athletes at my job everyday I am there. See a sports massage therapist and let her know that you do not want to start with deep tissue but work up to that. Quads and Glutes need strengthened so great advice from Tasha99. 🙂
