Any advice please
I am on week 7 Run 2 and it's been going well.
After the last run I have had considerable discomfort at the back of my knee.
I have rested for 2 days and am knee to run through it...but is that sensible?

No, it's not right to run through pain, no more running until the pain is gone, hopefully I'll be gone soon and you can resume your runs.
As AlMorr said, don't do it. Tempting, but don't. The pain behind my right leg turned out to be IT band (ITB) strain and needed some physio. At one stage I couldn't walk! No fun! Not saying yours is the same, but get it checked. Tough to get to a doctor these days, but might be worth it. Probably be just fine by the time you get an appointment anyway! I expect rest, and possibly an ice-pack might help. Hope it gets better soon. Take care 🌻
Don't run till pain eases. Running will wait for u. Here's to a speedy recovery
Don't run until the pain subsides.
Are you stretching after every run?
Generally no....im so amazed I've finished I forget most of the time.
I guess the longer I run for the more important stretching is.
Stretching after runs realigns muscles when they are warm and supple and is recommended from the start as mentioned in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
I stretch after every run.
I’ve also had pain behind both knees - turned out to be very tight calf and thigh muscles - now stretching every day (when warmed up) and have just started to run again (back to square 1 !🙄
