Week 5 run 3 elation!!

I never used to understand "those people" who seemed addicted to exercise but the endorphin rush of completing this run really is something... I genuinely thought the heat was going to beat me but I DID IT... and tagged on a cheeky extra 2 mins at the end to make up for the fact my last 2 minutes was all down hill.

For anyone worrying about this milestone run honestly believe in yourself and the programme and just focus on how fan-frickin-tastic you'll feel afterwards...

Now thats out of the I'm allowing myself some funky new running leggings as im pretty confident i will keep this runnnig stuff up and this wont just be another one of my "fads"....

Good luck fellow CT5K-ers we can do this!!

You are correct, run 3 of week 5 is a milestone run with C25K, congratulations on completing it.

Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊
