Week 2 Run 3 Complete!!

I was so close to moving this week’s last run to tomorrow - I started my period, it’s about 20 degrees outside and all in all I just wasn’t feeling it this morning (which is when I usually run).

However as the day progressed, I started to feel more and more eager to move until half an hour ago when I got my running gear on and set off!

I think it’s safe to say that, despite now being drenched in sweat, this is by far the most satisfied I’ve felt after a run and I really enjoyed it too (most definitely time for a shower I think now 🤣)!
