W6R2 complete today which I believe is the last of the shorter times with a break. Apart from the First 3 minutes I really feel good I suppose that’s just my body warming up.
So 25 minutes is next which is the longest I have run for in years any tips for this one.

Don't focus on the length of time, trust in the programme. Every previous run has prepared you for this and this run will prepare you for the next one. Enjoy being outside in the fresh air, let your mind relax and enjoy your surroundings.
I'm a podcast person and love my long run days when I just turn on the podcast and move! Others prefer music do what suits you
Thank you. I have started just looking at heart rate during the runs and hardly look at the times. I am looking forward to see how I do with the longer runs. I am definitely a music person during my runs.
