Morning all. I got to W5R3 when my knee got incredibly painful. Its had a bit of TLC last 10 days or so but now want to get back. Should I start again further back - say W3R1???

Thanks

As stated in the guide to the plan, you lose next to no discernible condition in the first two weeks of non running, so you can pick up where you left off, although worth following the guide advice about minimising impact.

Good morning Doc, you could repeat the previous run if you wanted but if your knee is ok why not go for it up to date, do some warm ups and run as slowly as possible and as everyone runs faster than me wave as you leave me in a trail of your dust ha ha, I finished week 5 yesterday and tortoises I am, hares are everywhere one day they'll be us, good luck
