Bit of a hiccup at the end of week 7 run 3

A slightly different route this morning meant I found myself going uphill at 21 mins, and with only 1.5 mins to go I had to walk a few paces.. Bit annoyed at myself as I’ve managed the full 25 until now.. Jogged for a bit longer at the end to make up for the hiccup!

I wouldn't worry about that, but does highlight the need to plan routes in advance.

I had to change my route in W6 to avoid finishing every run up a steep hill.

Annoyingly I had stuck to my planned route as I thought I’d be ok, but apparently it was too much of a push after running for 20+ minutes haha! Think a route edit is needed
