I did week one twice because there was no way I could do week two. This morning I have finished week two, but I have a feeling I'm not going to be able to do week 3.

Well done.

There is nothing wrong with repeating a week, but ask yourself what have you got to lose by attempting the next week.

You don't get to the top of Everest by constantly catching the train to the top of Snowdon, or even walking it.............tackle the foothills and see how far you get.

You can do this.

Don’t beat yourself up over this, I started the programme from lockdown and only just started week 3, I have repeated the weeks twice and this has boosted my confidence so I am prepared at the end of the fortnight to move on. Keep going it does work, believe me I am overweight, completely unfit and in my late 50s.

I'm 56 and started at lockdown, I have had both my hips replaced due to arthritis. My hips we're not happy with this running but they have got use to it now 😂
