I just want to quickly acknowledge everyone on this forum! I have only just started week 2 but I honestly don't think I would have even made it this far without the encouraging words I see on here every day! I have never once encountered a negative post and the minute I see someone posting about a bad run, so many people rush to their aid to comfort them! This program honestly would just not be the same without this forum and I particularly thank you all for that after a bad run I had yesterday I woke up to so many lovely messages this morning and don't feel bad about it anymore ☺ ☺ love you all lol xx

Hey Lola. Glad you taking the positives from it. I am halfway through now but haven’t had up to this point, something as simple as good running shoes. I’ve treated myself to a pair for doing so well in my boots and rough trainers. I can’t wait for them to arrive because mentally now I think they are going to help me do the last weeks so that has to be a positive. I’ve had bad days out where I’ve not been able to do five minutes without a break and yet I can run on the spot in the house for ten mins, it’s weird. So I now do this a lot in the house on my non running days as it’s building stamina without exerting too much pressure on my breathing. Carry on my friend you are doing great and you will surprise yourself over and over again. But give yourself a reward. I also have a fab pair of skinny jeans hung up in my bedroom, I see them daily and they are my end goal. I’m not stopping until I can get them on. Good luck!
