just wanted to say, how brilliant you all are at supporting and encouraging each other and to thank you for taking the time to 'like' a post, or give someone a cheery leg up or a Well done!
As Admins and Mentors we are reading a lot of posts, and its really nice that so many of you are there for each other with a kind word or bit of advice. It helps so much.
We really appreciate it when sometimes you have said 'thank you' to the Admin team and Mentors, and reading the forum today and seeing how much you all support each other, even though we have grown so much, the sentiment and love of running comes shining through and its fantastic!
We would like to say thank you to You.. from the Admin team and Mentors.๐๐
Remember, big as we are there is always room on the podium for the next Graduate and a big cheer from the forum!

Well said. I, for one, have โ felt the loveโ especially this last week. And the support we all give each other is what makes us all great. Thanks to all you admins too xx
We certainly canโt thank you enough AdminTeam & Mentors! The inspiration and advice from everyone is phenomenal. You know thereโs always someone there to cheer you on whether itโs a bravo or a great reminder to keep going! We wouldnโt love this running stuff so much without you all! ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ Admin & Mentors! Youโre the best! โค๏ธ
Oh definitely! Lots of love to all of the Graduates for their experiences & runners wherever we are on the journey. Everyone on this Forum makes a huge difference to this experience! Good days, difficult days, but most importantly theyโre running days! ๐โค๏ธ
This forum is such an amazing and supportive place thanks to the members, mentors and Admin team. I struggled getting back to running until I found this programme and forums and now, checking the boards is a part of my daily routine. I lurked for a long time but reading other peopleโs similar struggles and successes and finding answers to my questions by reading related posts helped me get through the programme and beyond. Although many of us are solitary runners, none of us run alone ๐
Yey!!!!! Thereโs my cheer for them admin...Thereโs no doubt that so much time & effort goes on in the background that we donโt see..& if it wasnโt for all of you we wouldnโt have this fantastic forum & so many runners would have given up yonks ago (me included) if it wasnโt for the support & love on here...Iโm so proud to be part of it & proud of each & every run we all complete...hereโs to all of us xxxx
Love all these posts and support from those on same journey and also from the graduates it makes a massive difference to this experience. I donโt think I would have got this far or enjoyed the experience in the same way without this community. I look forward to new posts each day. Thank u all and admin team ๐๐
Well said! This forum has really made a difference for me. I tried C25k a couple of years ago but didnโt get past Week 3, I found it too hard and headed back to the couch. Iโm currently on Week 7 and actually running for 25 minutes!!the support, advice and general positivity of this forum cannot be underestimated, great work guys!
The forum is full of inspiration, support and good advice - of course there is lots of love! Its fostered from the top. Without the lead of you guys (admin & mentors), we wouldn't be here hugging each other!
Lots of us graduates wouldnโt have made it to the podium without the support of those who were here when we needed them. Itโs only right that we all chip in where we can and pay that back.
What Iโm loving is how it rubs off. Iโm reading a post from someone struggling with, say, W3 and about to reply when I see several someoneโs who have just done W3 themselves are already in there with lifting words and great advice. Go team!
I like to pop back occasionally and see how everyone is getting on. I post about things I have done not to boast but to show everyone they can achieve so much with determination and support. This forum and the sister groups bridge to 10k and marathon running and race support have helped me through the famous w5 r3 wobbles, shoe questions, toilet troubles, nerves...The list goes on and on. I don't have a lot of real life support so this virtual family is my rock.
