Just completed R3 tonight only one in the park. Just me and two foxes 🦊. As Laura says you have already put in all the hard work to get here so you can do this. But they was moments when I was doubting where could do it. It is so a mental game that you play with yourself. As long as you are not physical injured just push through and you will succeed. Can’t believe how far I have come from just running for 60 seconds to running for 20 minutes nonstop. Wow 🤩🤩🤩unbelievable. Roll on W6 I’m coming for you. I make crash and burn but I’m ready.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊

I think that I am most worried about W6 R1 because of the warnings that you have been giving everyone starting W6 R1. I will see how it goes, if not completed. It was just a training session, so will repeat.

Well done! - I did mine last weekend, it’s such a buzz isn’t it? I’ve got this week’s big run tomorrow and strangely I’m looking forward to it. I struggled a bit yesterday with the interval training. Definitely mind over matter.

Yay! Now you know you can smash through to the finish, don't you? Just don't be tempted to off too fast for the interval runs next week and you'll be fine. Onwards!
