It seemed a long hard run today and i felt really sluggish. Thought I was running slower than usual but my app says differently so am pleased I kept up the pace! At the beginning of this adventure I found it was my breathing that held me back. Now my breathing is fine and its my legs that ache in all sorts of places. Having read other posts though I feel quite lucky I dont have any really bad injuries. At least I am remembering to do the warm down exercises now 🙂

Make sure you are really well hydrated. That helps to alleviate or stop leg pain
