Really pleased with myself after w4 R1, Didn’t think I could do it but I actually surprised myself 😁 legs feel it tho! Absolutely shattered but I did it! 👍 yay!! 💪 (still finding it a chore tho!😒)

I've just completed w4r1 as well, but my phone stopped playing Laura's encouraging voice twice, so I didn't do as well as It's have liked. Next time....
I had Laura but changed to jo! Not sure if she’s any better yet tho! But well done for doing it 👏
