R3 of W2 completed, was determined even though I start nights tonight... Go Megs!
I'm slightly apprehensive about going on to W3 as I know its a change, but I don't want to repeat seeing as I have managed week 2 and todays run felt so much easier. Is it OK just to progress? Haha, stupid question!! Have you found you CAN do week 3 after week 2?
