Yes it was raining. Yes I wore too many layers so it felt like I was running (shuffling) in a bin bag. And yes I got intimidated by a family of Canadian Geese so had to change route.

But another one down with noticeably better breathing. Calves have a tiny niggle but almost certainly down to not having drunk enough water today.

Off to down a pint.

🤣👍🏻 well done! Yes, it's awfully hard to dress right at times. Try to dress for 10 degrees warmer than it is, once you get going you'll be fine but it can be cold to start.

I'll take geese over horned cattle please! 😁

Horned cattle would be my worst nightmare, especially if they had calves. Thanks for the advice, will definitely be adjusting my clothing after today..although it is weirdly satisfying feeling the sweat!

Yes, folk can tell me time and again how docile they are, I still don't take my eyes off them till I'm in the next field! 🤣
