Well done.

It is not naughty to run every day..........you are an adult..........but it is very unwise for any runner who has less than six months of regular running on their legs to run on consecutive days and against all the advice you will find in reputable training programmes.

When you run, the impact creates microtears in your muscles, which repair and strengthen on your rest days, not while running. Without rest, repair and strengthening are compromised and injury risk increased.

If you want to be the best runner that you can be, then do non impact cross training on your rest days, which will be far more beneficial than running every day.

You get away with it until something goes out of the blue........then, maybe, you don't run for months......

One of the commonest phrases uttered by physios diagnosing problems in new runners is "Too much, too soon"

Training plans are gently progressive for good scientific reasons, not to slow your progress.

Take care.

Too much too soon

Be careful out there👍
