When I looked to see how long I was to run for, I misread it and thought I only had 1 x 3 minute run.. Went round my local park and after completing the 3 minutes was then walking the next 3 saying OMG I did it and had a spring in my step... Then I heard now get ready for your next 3 minutes, WHAT ANOTHER 3MINUTES , NO WAY !!!!!!!
Well I carried on and did it albeit slowly.
At the start of this I couldn't even run for 60 seconds and barely could run for 30 do this is quite an achievement for me.
My knees are aching but make sure I take it easy in between outings.
