I have just completed my first run of week 3! My new trainers arrived on Sunday, they make such a massive difference. So proud of myself for being able to run a solid 3 minutes! I wore an ankle support for today’s run as I broke my ankle 10 years ago and it still gives me grief from time to time.
My shin pain is also still here. My left shin (which is the leg I wore my ankle support on) is now looking quite swollen. I’m going to spend the day elevating and icing it! Hopefully good to run on either Thursday or Friday 🏃🏻♀️
