Yesterday was supposed to be run day, but due to my 20 month old Son being up Unwell the previous night I thought best to put it off until tonight as had no sleep myself!

This evenings run was tough but rewarding, can feel stamina increasing but a long way off from where it needs to be.

Is anyone else on their second run of week 3? How are you finding the programme so far?

Hi...I'm on WK3R2 today...I am finding it fab...never thought i would like it .but slowly getting hooked on it...its working...the reassurance from the app is good...and i think it's a good app..I'm actually looking forward to the runs but spacing them out not making the mistake of doing more.🤞

I agree this app is great support and really encourages you to keep going hearing about other people’s journeys. I agree about the pacing! Not wanting to get ahead and do more is a challenge and it is becoming addictive! Best of luck

I'm up to week 3. Was meant to be doing 32 today but hurt my knee end of last week so you'll get ahead of me.
