Hi ladies I’m not the smallest of people size 16 but what sports bra would you recommend

I currently have a very old Adidas vest type one of which is comfortable until I move and I might get black eyes if you know what I mean 😂

Thanks in advance

Hi. Mine is a M&S one, bought a few years back. Makes everything quite compact (if you know what I mean) and the straps can either be normal or cross at the back. Hope that helps.

I’ve got an M&S one. It has a zip up the front. It cost £25. I’m not big busted but it feels sturdy and nothing moves!

I recently got an M and S one -- High Impact Good Move which was £28. Very comfy and ordered leggings which also good. Bras got £5 off at present 😀.

I have a M&S sports bra with a zip in the front. You need to get a very good fitted bra that has no up & down movement plus no side to side movement. So buy your normal size get another a size smaller. See which one works the best, send the other back. As you need to made should that the girls don’t move.

I too like M&S sports bras (I tried every single style on in the shop to find the one that worked for me) though I've found bravissimo great if you're bigger, I like the high impact sports bra (I'm assuming you aren't if you can wear a vest).
