All set up after my good week 5 run 3 which I really enjoyed. Then oh dear. I really struggled. Tried a morning run. The intervals seemed tough. I kept going but really felt it.
Why is that? I can keep going for 20 minutes but the intervals get me?
I should be pleased as I did it but feel a bit flat. 😨

It sounds like this experience is fairly common. I am due to do W6 R1 so will see how it goes! The main thing is you did it and can move on to the next one- well done for keeping going!
I had this exact thing yesterday. Did week 5 run 3 on Friday and was jubilant. Even felt I could have gone on for a minute or two more. Yesterday I did week 6 run 1 and was so tired it wiped me out and I didn't recover until the evening I was a bit puzzled, but it seems common. I wish I knew why...
